No Refunds. MoMa Kids Ware provides exchange only, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Window

An exchange request must be made within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

The product must be unused, unwashed and unworn.
Original tags and packaging should be intact and included.
The product should not be altered, damaged or soiled after delivery.
Exchange is subject to product inspection and availability of the requested replacement size/product.
For a manufacturing or transit-related issue, please contact us as soon as possible with order details and clear photos.

We do not provide refunds. Approved requests are handled as an exchange only, subject to the conditions above.
